Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about mastering your Bradley Smoker.
How do Bradley Bisquettes work?
Bradley Bisquettes are made from pure wood sawdust bound with precise quantities at controlled pressures. They are designed to burn for 20 minutes each, extinguished before they turn to ash to ensure clean, consistent smoke without the bitter taste of resin.
What is the difference between an Electric Smoker and a Digital Smoker?
While both use electric heating elements, our Digital Smokers allow you to pre-set the temperature, smoke time, and total cook time via a digital interface, whereas the Original Electric models use manual dial controls for a more hands-on experience.
Do you offer free shipping on large smokers?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States and Canada. Larger units are shipped via freight to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for accessories and smokers?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you experience a technical issue with your smoker, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim instead of a standard return.
How do I clean and maintain my Bradley Smoker?
After each use, clean the racks, drip tray, and water bowl with warm soapy water. Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth, but avoid using abrasive chemicals to preserve the food-grade finish and seasoning of the smoke box.
Can I use my Bradley Smoker for cold smoking?
Yes, Bradley Smokers are excellent for cold smoking. For optimal results, we recommend using our Cold Smoke Adapter kit, which moves the smoke generator outside the main cabinet to keep internal temperatures low for cheese, fish, and nuts.
